5. Exhibitor's Manual
Full
information on the exhibition facilities and related
services may be obtained from Exhibitor's Manual, which
will be distributed to each contracted exhibitor in
March 2005.
6. Catalogue
MC-CCPIT
will publish an official catalogue for the event. Exhibitors
will be provided with full detail on catalogue entries
and advertising possibilities in plenty of time by MC-CCPIT.
The exhibitors shall be responsible for the content
for the entries and for any unhappiness incurred through
the publication thereof.
7. Publicity and Target Visitors Organization
--Issuing
updated exhibition news and publishing advertisements
on specialized newspaper, magazine, and Internet website.
--Notifying the members of professional associations
and societies of exhibition information.
--Exploring professional visitors from the database
of last show and inviting them to visit the show again.
--Distributing printing materials in construction industry,
decoration industry, petrochemical industry, food processing
industry and so on.
8. Congress
The
6th China International Stainless Steel Congress will
be organized during the exhibition period. Participants
can make presentations at the congress. The congress
brochure will be sent to the exhibitors separately.
9. Services
Official
Travel Agent can arrange, at the request and cost of
the exhibitor, hotel reservation, travel and translation
etc.
