5. Terms of Payment

Fill in the attached Exhibit Space Application Form and return to us together with a cheque or T/T a payment of 20% nonrefundable deposit for space to be reserved, with the balance due by June 1, 2011. For all applications received after June 1, 2011, exhibitor is required to remit 100% of the space rental cost. If the payments are not made or fully made as indicated, the exhibitor may lose his reservation of space. Remittances should be marked with "STEXPO".

6.Exhibitor's Manual

Full information on the exhibition facilities and related services may be obtained from Exhibitor's Manual, which will be distributed to each contracted exhibitor in May 2011.

7.Catalogue

MC-CCPIT will publish an official catalogue for the event. Exhibitors will be provided with full detail on catalogue entries and advertising possibilities in due time. The exhibitor shall be responsible for the content for the entries that he provides and thus for any unhappiness incurred through the publication thereof.

8.Promotion plan

- Issuing updated exhibition news and publishing advertisements on specialized newspapers, magazines, and Internet websites.
- Notifying the members of professional associations and societies of exhibition information.
- Exploring professional visitors from the databases of the previous shows.
- Distributing brochures in construction industry, decoration industry, petrochemical industry, food processing industry, etc.
- Organizing specialized overseas and domestic visitors' tours.

9.Stainless Steel Congress

The 7th China International Stainless Steel Congress 2011 will be held during the exhibition period. Participants can make presentations at the congress. The congress brochure will be sent to the exhibitors separately.

10. Services

MC-CCPIT can arrange, at the request and cost of the exhibitors, hotel reservation, travel, translation, etc. For more information such as stand construction and exhibits transportation, please refer to the Exhibitor's Manual.

11.Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property Office is available on site to serve the exhibitors during the show.
