Hosted by China Iron & Steel Association (CISA) and the Metallurgical Council of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (MC-CCPIT), co-organized by Stainless Steel Council of the China Special Steel Enterprises Association (SSC-CSSEA), (STEXPO 2009), is held every two years, and has become the largest and most professional stainless steel exhibition in Asia.

　　The previous session, STEXPO 2007, enjoyed a total gross floor space of 7,000 ㎡, with 115 exhibitors, which came from 15 countries and regions. The visitors arrived at 7191, including 370 overseas visitors.

　　The preparation for STEXPO 2009 has kicked off and is now well under the way. The domestic as well overseas enterprises responded enthusiastically. As of February 26, about 1800㎡ totaling 50 exhibitors have registered for the expo. With such a good momentum, we expect that the scale of STEXPO will be in parallel with, or perhaps surpass that of previous STEXPO 2007, in spite of the impact of the global financial crisis.
